HIIT Workouts: How To Train With Limited Time
What is a HIIT Workout?
Lately, I have been asked how I manage to find the time to consistently workout with such a chaotic schedule. The reality is, most days my calendar doesn’t allow for me to spend an hour in the gym. I combat this lack of time by doing HIIT or High-Intensity Interval Training. So what does this mean? It means that you go all out for short bursts of time with little to no rest period in between. The purpose of this form of exercise is to keep your heart rate high so that you can burn fat in less time.
Benefits of HIIT
-Not Overly Time Consuming
Some of my favorite HIIT workouts take less than 15 minutes
-Boost Your Metabolism
Keep shredding through calories even when your workout is over
-Take Your Workout Anywhere
With HIIT you are not at the mercy of equipment or a busy gym
The time-lapse shown above is from earlier this week. After a long day of fittings and a table read, I needed a quick workout so that I could get to bed and get proper sleep for the impending day. You can get the download for this and an entire week of HIIT workouts by signing up for my membership. Hope to see you all there soon!
