Mixing It Up
Hi guys! I hope that you enjoyed my pool workout video. I’m a huge fan of mixing up my workout routine. I think a lot of people live in a false reality that you need to get a full on workout in the gym or it’s not even worth the trouble. This is completely and utterly wrong!! If you are like me, you aren’t always going to have time to dedicate 1-2 hours of your day toward fitness. You know what?? That’s totally fine. If you only have fifteen minutes, then get after it for the short time that you are able to exercise. This particular day, I decided to take my workout to the pool. I love trying new things in new places.
